BRRRRR!! Cold Weather Face

Its literally 15' degrees here in RIC! Make sure to keep your face moisturized to protect against the heavy winds and cold air! If you dont want to use a full face foundation, be sure to use a BB Cream of which is basically a Tinted Moisturizer that will help protect your face from the cold air. Stay warm!
